The Nokia RX-100 refers to a cancelled device that has a physical QWERTY keyboard and an OLED display.[1] Although the RX-100 was cancelled Nokia eventually released the Lumia 820, which also has an OLED display but has no physical keyboard, as well as the Lumia 920, which has an IPS display.
